To accelerate detoxification and healing, we remove fat from the diet. Juicing and blending foods saves the body digestive energy channeling more energy for healing and detoxification. Dr. Norman Walker recommended a sugar food (carrot, beet, apples) and green-leafed vegetables in nearly all of his curative juice recipes.
