Apple Blueberry Crumble

Dessert the way grandma used to make it

Spread sliced apples, blueberries and raisins in an oven-proof casserole coated with cooking spray. Mix oatmeal, brown sugar and nuts in a small bowl and spread the mixture over the top of the fruit. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until bubbly and the nuts are golden and the apples cooked. Serve with vanilla ice cream or frozen-tofu dessert.

Serves 4.

4-5 apples, peeled and sliced

1 V2 c. blueberries

V4 c. raisins

V2 c. oatmeal

V4 c. brown sugar

V4 c. slivered almonds or brazil nuts low-fat butter-flavoured cooking spray
