Meal #5 Fish, 3,5 oz Vegetables, 1 cup Udo's choice, 5 grams

Meal #6

17 grams dextrose 1 100% whey protein shake 1 nac, 1 r-ala, 1 multivitamin, 1 glucosamine tab 10 grams of l-glutamine 3 grams creatine

WORKOUT

Meal #7

26 grams of dextrose 1 100% whey protein shake

1 nac, 1 r-ala, 1 multivitamin, 1 glucosamine tab 10 grams of l-glutamine

3 grams creatine

Meal #8

Rice cakes, 30 grams (1 oz) Cottage cheese, 1 cup

5 grams glutamine Meal #10

2 lbs of vegetables

5 oz lean cuts of meat/tuna/chicken

Before Bed 5 grams of GABA 2 glucosamine tabs
