This is that strange looking piece of equipment you may have seen in your gym (see photo).
Hardly anyone uses it so you should never have to wait in line to grab it. If your gym doesn't have one go and abuse the owner or better still go to another gym. Or better yet buy your own. Once you own one, you have use of it for life! It's a good investment.
Basically just take a good grip of the bars and squeeze together, make sure you keep good form, don't get sloppy. Start light and slowly add weight as you get stronger. There are 2 ways to do this exercise;
