1 (6 in) whole wheat pita bread V4 cup shredded part skim moz-
1 plum tomato, sliced zarella cheese
5 fresh basil leaves V2 tsp dried oregano
1 thin slice red onion (separate 2 tsp olive oil rings)
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place pita bread on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Top with tomato, basil, onion, and cheese.
Sprinkle with oregano, drizzle with oil, and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
