Breakfast burrito

Great for a pregame light meal on the go! Makes 2

3 ounces skim milk 2-3 large eggs

Onion and garlic powder to taste Pinch basil

4 ounces low-fat shredded cheddar cheese 2 large flour tortillas 1-2 tbsp mild salsa; optional

Mix milk, eggs, and spices in a bowl. Cook over low heat, add cheese. Cook until eggs are solid. Place in tortilla, add salsa. Roll up and enjoy!
