4- oz. salmon filet

1 tsp. honey mustard

Asparagus, steamed

1/2 cup whole-grain pasta, cooked

Coat salmon filet with honey mustard and grill or broil for about 12 to 15 minutes until cooked to desired degree of doneness. Serve salmon with steamed asparagus and pasta.
